1 Maid services

We provide the maid service to keep your hotel room fresh and clean. They normally start their work day around 7am and work until the mid-afternoon. They’ll knock on your door and ask you if you’re ready for your room to be cleaned, otherwise if you don’t want to be disturbed early in the morning, it’s best to place your “Do not disturb” card on the outside of your door. (You will find it on the inside handle)
You don’t have to leave your room when they’re cleaning it but it can be considered polite if you do go out for 15 minutes or so to get out of their way.

The maid will then make your bed (and change the linen if necessary), throw away any trash; give you fresh cups and some extra toiletries (where available).
2 Room services

We can provide tea/coffee or even breakfast for you in your room (conditions applied). For this you have to make a call to the receptionists and place your order. Options for cuisines you are ordering, is based on availability.

For this Please note- Room service has the tendency to take quite a long time. A normal wait could be anywhere from 45 minutes to over an hour, so if you know you’re going to be hungry, order as soon as you can.
